MEN BUILDING FAITH WEEKEND
November 9-11 at La Foret Conference & Retreat Center
Rev. David Holden, the UCC’s Minister to Men invites men of the Rocky
Mountain Conference to a time to consider such questions as:
• What kind of life are men building in the church, their families, their
work and personal lives?
• Have men taken time to survey the site, consult the blueprints, and seek
the counsel of trusted friends and other experienced hands?
Utilizing materials from
the Fellowship of Carpenters - Apprentices Manual, “Rules of the Trade,” men
will work together to construct lives faithful to the design of the Master
Carpenter, Jesus Christ.
The retreat is open to
men of every age, starting at 19. Rev. Holden encourages participants to
invite a friend. Registration for the retreat (including cost of lodging,
meals and materials) is $140 per person. You can go to the Conference

Tower Chimes DEADLINE
Please help us out by submitting your Tower Chimes report or article you
would like to have in the DECEMBER 2007 T.C. no later than Tuesday, Nov
20th. If
you give it to Michelle, she can put it onto a disk to make Jim’s job
easier. Handwritten reports should be given to Michelle by Tuesday, Nov
20th. so she can transcribe them onto a disk for Jim. If you prefer to use
email, be sure to email your contribution to Jim no later than midnight on
Tuesday, Nov 20th.
