In this season of giving, I invite you to think about what gifts you will offer our Christ for this coming year. On Epiphany (January 6th) everyone (not just our “official” members) will be invited to fill out a Time & Talent sheet. God can use all our gifts, no matter our circumstances. What will you bring and offer?
Blessings,
 Pastor Sharyl

Condolences
We offer our condolences and blessings to the family of Glen Pryor who passed away in Colorado Springs where he had moved to be near family. Glen was a long time member here, and we have missed him since he left. A service was held in our sanctuary for family and firends.
And, we join with Eleanor and their family in their grieving over the loss of John McKean on December 13th. John’s health had been slipping, but he continued attending worship with Eleanor until very near his death. Thank you, John, for all the ways you helped with our church and its family over the years. You will be sorely missed.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

Start Your New Year in Style
Please mark your calendars for Friday January 25th to come and share in our Benefit Dinner here at the church to help raise funds for Homeward Bound. Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Take out will be available for those who wish to avoid the crush. Cost of an Italian meal will be $15.00 for adults, 1/2 price for children 3-12, and the little ones under 3 are free. Reservations are required. Tickets will be available Jan 2nd in the office. Please see Michelle soon.
Homeward Bound Director Theresa Black and some of her staff will be here to help and to explain their visions for the future. Proceeds will be divided between food purchases and their capital campaign for the upcoming and much needed addition to the shelter.
Donations have already been accepted towards the cost of the meal and are greatly appreciated. If you want to help in any way please talk to Pam Grout or Chuck Holmgren. This will be in addition to our regularly scheduled meals we prepare every 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights of the month year-round at Homeward Bound.
